Todd is an international lawyer, licensed in Colorado but practicing primarily outside of the United States. In August of 2021, Todd filed the first lawsuit against the US Department of Defense, Dept. of Health and Human Services and Food and Drug Administration (August 2021) in Robert v. Austin, which sought to stop the “vaccine� mandates in the DOD. The filing of the suit caused the DOD to abandon the Use of Force authorization (“forced vaccinations�) from Secretary Austin, while ensuring access and judicial oversight to exemption procedures for nearly 400,000 service members. Robert V. Austin remains an active case in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals (federal) where the principal issue being litigated is whether the genetic modification aspects of the mRNA shots makes the vaccinated people into the chattel property of the patent holders in violation of the 13th Amendment (anti slavery) to the Constitution.

Todd was responsible for opening trade and commerce between the United States and Cuba in 1997 by obtaining the first US travel, business, OFAC and export licenses granted during the period Cuba was a designated Enemy of the State (US). Todd ran a three-year clinical field trial of a needlefree mass vaccination device in collaboration with Cuba and the US State and Commerce Departments for three years with the consent of the US Treasury Department and with observance by the WHO. Todd had occasion to do business with many vaccine manufacturers and global health organizations at that time including but not limited to Pfizer, PATH, FDA, WHO and Cuban Ministry of Health
Todd has been practicing law for almost 30 years and currently serves as the principal in the law firm Disabled Rights Advocates PLLC and is the CEO of a large health & disability insurance group.

MG Paul E. Vallely was born in DuBois, PA, and served a distinguished career of 31 years in the US Army before he retired as Deputy Commanding General, US Army Pacific, in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1992. General Vallely graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point and earned his commission in the Army in 1961.

General Vallely is a graduate of the Infantry School, Ranger and Airborne Schools, Jumpmaster School, the Command and General Staff School, the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and the Army War College. His combat service in Vietnam included positions as an infantry company commander, intelligence officer, operations officer, military advisor, and aide-de-camp. He has over fifteen (15) years of experience in Special Operations, Psychological Operations, and Civil-Military Operations.

After serving in two combat tours in Vietnam, he also served in several other overseas theaters in Europe and Pacific Rim countries. Vallely served on US security assistance missions and civilian-military relations tours in Europe, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, Turkey, Israel, Indonesia, and Central America. He has consulted the Commanding General of the Special Operations Command and the DOD Anti-Drug and Counter-Terrorism Task Forces. He also designed and developed the Host-Nation Support Program in the Pacific for the DOD and the State Department.

MG Vallely has been on radio and television for many years, most notably serving as the senior military analyst for the Fox News Channel from 2001-2008. He is a guest lecturer on multiple issues, including national security, international politics, economics, strategic planning, US foreign policy, and the Global War against Radical Islam and other threats to America. He and LTG Thomas McInerney co-authored the book, “Endgame� – « Blueprint for Victory for Winning the War on Terror�. MG Vallely conducts an average of 4-6 national radio/TV show interviews per week and is well known for his published articles and talks on National Security and domestic issues.

Vallely is the Founder of Nemo Arms Inc. of Boise, Idaho, and is the Chairman of Stand Up America US Foundation. He also chairs the Legacy National Security Advisory Group and is a founding Citizens’ Commission on National Security member. He led fact-finding missions into Syria with his team, once traveling deep inside the Syrian war zone to Aleppo. During that period, he co-chaired two separate delegations to Cairo, Egypt, to meet with President El-Sisi and his senior staff. His most recent books are “The Reality Prism,â€� “And America’s Endgame for the 21^st Centuryâ€�. And “The Mindless War.â€�

Paul and his wife, Marian reside in Montana. Both are deeply involved in numerous humanitarian efforts and actively participate in many community events and activities.

Richard Mack, the former Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, served in law enforcement for 20 years. He served as a Patrol Officer,
Corporal, Sergeant, Undercover Agent, School Resource Officer, Detective, and specialized in crimes against children. In 1988 he was elected to the office of Sheriff in his hometown and served as such for eight years. During his tenure as Sheriff, he became the first sheriff in American history to sue the federal government, take it all the way to the U S Supreme Court, and win a landmark case against government overreach (Clinton adm). This case has been hailed as the most powerful Tenth Amendment decision in USA history.

Mack was named NRA Law Officer of the Year, received the Cicero Award, the Samuel Adams Leadership Award, and the Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona/New Mexico Coalition of Counties.

Sheriff Mack is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. This organization is dedicated to the restoration of individual liberty and the protection of Civil Rights. He has provided hundreds of training seminars to Sheriffs, Police and Public Officials in all 50 States and in several other countries across the world. He has also appeared on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Newsmax, NYTimes, LATimes, USAToday, and over 500 radio networks worldwide.
